Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@k-robotic.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we provide. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For defective items, we will ship replacement parts or provide a prepaid return label for a full replacement.

Open boxes or non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% or may not be eligible for return. 

Orders ship with free ground by default. If the customer selects a paid upgrade (e.g., 2-Day/Overnight), the original shipping charge is non-refundable on discretionary returns

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in the quality and reliability of our robotic products. Due to the high value and specialized nature of our merchandise, we have established the following return policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept product returns within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All original labels, tags, accessories, documentation, and protective materials must be intact and unremoved.
- The product must be in resalable condition without any signs of wear, tampering, or installation.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, at our discretion.

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products

If you receive a product that is dead on arrival (DOA) — i.e., non-functional out of the box — you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please provide:

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email our support team at Info@k-roboticinc.com with the following information:

- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the unopened product and original packaging (if applicable)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without prior approval and a valid RMA number will be refused.

4. Shipping and Handling

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is DOA or incorrectly shipped.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Used, damaged, or modified products
- Products without original packaging or with removed labels
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Custom-ordered or special-order products

6. Refund Processing

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
